Jared McBrearty: From Early Jobs to Home Renovation Leader

Jared McBrearty, a Connecticut native, has lived in central Connecticut most of his life. Starting work at 11 doing odd jobs and farm labor, he entered construction at 16 with concrete work. Rising to foreman and supervisor, he launched his own concrete business in 2011.

To stay busy during slow winters, Jared began interior renovations with a close friend—now co-owner of A1 Home Improvement. Over 15 years, he shifted focus to home renovation and property investments, especially house flipping.

In 2022, Jared officially joined A1 Home Improvement. Since then, he’s helped grow revenue 4 to 5 times and expanded roofing, siding, and window divisions. His work spans marketing, sales, and improving installation techniques.

Passionate about mentoring, Jared supports growth in careers and life. An avid reader and lifelong learner, he always prefers a good book over TV.
